These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Open QRCode (“App”), provided by Fuzhou Nengwen Technology Co., Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
Open QRCode is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority in your place of residence to use the App.
Minors are not permitted to use the App, even with parental or guardian consent. By using Open QRCode, you confirm that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
Open QRCode supports creating QR codes containing text, URLs, telephone numbers, email addresses, and other supported information.
The Scan Center provides QR code scanning, optical character recognition (“OCR”) for text extraction, and digital business card creation. The App also includes selectable themes, settings, and history for reviewing previously saved content.
Feature availability may depend on your App version, device, permissions, and network connection where needed.
You may use the App on compatible Apple devices you own or control, subject to the applicable App Store usage rules and end-user license agreement. These Terms supplement that agreement.
The App’s software, designs, and branding belong to us or our licensors. Unless permitted by applicable law or relevant licenses, you must not copy, redistribute, modify, or reverse engineer the App.
You must not use the App for fraud, phishing, distributing malicious content, infringing others’ rights, or interfering with its operation.
You retain your rights in the content you use with the App. You are responsible for having the necessary permission to scan, extract, encode, save, or share that content, including other people’s contact details.
Review generated QR codes, extracted text, and digital business cards before using or sharing them. Results may contain errors or omissions. Successfully scanning a QR code does not verify the safety, accuracy, or authenticity of its content or destination.
History allows you to revisit supported content saved through the App. It is not a permanent backup service.
Removing the App, clearing its data, device problems, or technical failures may affect access to saved content. Please keep separate copies of important information. We do not guarantee permanent retention or recovery of lost history.
Open QRCode is supported by in-app advertising, which may be provided by third-party services.
Advertisements and QR codes may lead to external websites, applications, or services. Their appearance in the App does not mean we endorse them or guarantee their safety or reliability. Review external destinations before interacting with them.
Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Nothing in this section excludes responsibilities we have under applicable law.

Certain features may require device permissions, such as camera access for scanning. Declining a necessary permission may prevent the related feature from working.
Accepting these Terms does not replace any required permission or consent. Where tracking permission is required, it will be requested separately; declining tracking permission will not prevent you from using the App.
We may update or modify the App for maintenance, compatibility, security, or other reasonable operational needs. Temporary interruptions may occur, and individual features may change.
You may stop using and remove the App at any time. We may restrict services under our control or terminate your permission to use the App for material violations of these Terms, unlawful use, or serious security risks, with notice where appropriate and legally required.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or compatibility with every device or third-party service.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
We may revise these Terms and update the date shown above. We will provide notice of material changes as required by applicable law and request your express agreement where required. To the extent legally permitted, continued use after properly notified changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, please stop using the App.
